In 2020, Pals Morgan Private Limited was incorporated, establishing a formal corporate foundation for business expansion. In 2022, the participation of additional like-minded friends strengthened the company’s collective experience, resources, and long-term ambitions.
Over time, the business evolved beyond its trading origins, expanding into industrial manufacturing and subsequently technology-enabled B2B commerce.
Today, Pals Morgan Private Limited functions as the holding company of Pals Morgan Group, with subsidiary businesses operating in their respective sectors.

The establishment of Veritas Mercato Private Limited introduced technology-enabled B2B commerce into the Group’s business interests through the BeBridg initiative.
