Pals Morgan was founded in 2018 by Rajipal Raveendran and Midhu Rajipal as a trading company, with a clear vision to identify market needs and provide practical, quality-driven solutions.

In 2020, the business was converted into a Private Limited Company, marking an important step towards structured growth and long-term expansion. In 2022, as part of its expansion journey, like-minded people were brought into the company to strengthen the vision, enhance capabilities, and build a more diversified business group.

Today, Pals Morgan is growing as a group with interests across different business segments through its subsidiary companies. Our focus is to understand market requirements, identify real problems, and deliver upgraded, modern, and reliable products and services.
